They used Co-operative Learning strategies across every class in the school and pre-school to put their aims into child-friendly language and, as a school, vote for the top three.
Co-operative Learning involved pupils in actively participating in discussion and decision-making in supportive groups where everyone feels valued.
This method of learning is widely used in Angus schools.
